Happy Memorial Day

Happy Memorial Day! It's too often that people forget meanings of Holidays, and we arrogantly associate them with what affects us most. In the case of Memorial Day, we often think of Bar-b-ques, beaches and picnics, the "unofficial" start of summer. That's all great, but we shouldn't forget the true meaning of this holiday - remembering the heroes past (and present) that allow us to have these celebrations, and live the free life that we do in this great nation of ours.

So today, I wish you all a safe and happy holiday, hopefully as you spend it with family and loved ones. Also take a moment to reflect on those great men and women who've sacrificed so much so for us all.
