So, at first without reading the article, I was becoming defensive, I thought this link was one and the same with a rumor I recently heard. A retired trooper is publishing a book on how to get out of tickets through trial. Now, I think the average and decent person should know that it is in their best interest to plead not guilty to any ticket that has points attached and try their luck in court. The average and decent person, as long as they were not being reckless and have a somewhat clean license, should at minimum get a point reduction in court (from any cop with a conscience). But, some people are jerks and they deserve every point that they are issued and I don't think that the jerks should be given any way to weasle out of a ticket through loopholes. But, this article you found is good, the author has to be a cop. I will apologize for thinking you would allow anything not pro-cop on your blog, T.
