Whew, no more strike. No more 12 hour tours, wacky commutes and press conferences by Toussaint! Hello again Christmas. I am very disappointed with the strike. I had much more respect for the TWU at the onset of the strike, they showed moxy in fighting for what they felt was fair, but apparently not enough
to go to jail for it. The way the union folded makes the entire strike
worthless. Good job guys.
Any way I have my days off again, just in time to, yippee, sleep off this cold I somehow picked up - probably from lack of sleep. I'll take a brief nap, lots of medicine then try to finish (start?) my xmas shopping. I only have 15 more people to buy for!
